Psychologist, cognitive behavioral psychotherapist in Vilnius

Good day,

I am Birutė Kazlauskienė, a psychologist and psychotherapist. I offer psychological and psychotherapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families. My services are available for both adults and adolescents, and I work primarily based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I feel fortunate because even during my school years, I realized my interest in understanding people and their behavior, which led me to confidently pursue a career in psychology. I am incredibly happy to be able to help people improve their well-being and live the lives they truly desire.

During my university studies, I volunteered at the “Youth Line,” providing emotional support. Over the years, I’ve gained experience working in hospitals, addiction rehabilitation centers, foster care centers, and in private practice.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Vilnius University and completed my training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. I continually deepen my knowledge by attending seminars both by international and local instructors. I am also certified under the GIMK program, which provides training and consultations for foster parents, social workers, and child care professionals.

I have been providing psychological support for over 10 years and have gained extensive experience that I am honored to share with those seeking help. I treat each person as unique, with their own individual experiences. Every story matters to me, and I ensure it is kept confidential, adhering to all professional ethical standards.
